Order Processing

At De Mita, we are dedicated to providing fast and reliable service.

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • After processing, orders are shipped within 48 business hours, pending product availability and payment verification.

  • Processing and transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

Note: Orders placed with different billing and shipping addresses may require additional verification, which could slightly delay processing.

Shipping

  • We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

  • Once your order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you, the customer.
     De Mita is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • If you have special delivery requests, please email us at demitaboutique@gmail.com when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

International Orders

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a package is refused or undeliverable, you will be responsible for:

  • The original shipping cost

  • Any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred on both the original and return shipment

  • The cost of returning the package to De Mita

These amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
