After processing, orders are shipped within 48 business hours, pending product availability and payment verification.

Note: Orders placed with different billing and shipping addresses may require additional verification, which could slightly delay processing.

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

Once your order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you, the customer.
De Mita is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. -

International Orders
