How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please email us at demitaboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with return authorization and packaging instructions.

Important Return Details

• We offer store credit only — no refunds will be issued.

• All items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may choose any carrier; we recommend using a tracked service.

• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued via email and can be used toward any future purchase.

• All earrings, necklaces, ring, and bracelets are ALL FINAL SALE.
