Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: De Mita is dedicated to service and will process your order within one business day. Orders are then shipped within 48 business hours pending availability and credit verification. Processing and transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Please note that orders placed with different billing and shipping details run the possibility of being delayed as we verify information pertaining to the order.

SHIPPING : All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. If you would like to release signature please contact us upon placing your order at demitaboutique@gmail.com Should you request delivery without signature, you assume full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.

Once De Mita has delivered the merchandise ordered to the carrier, you, the customer and purchaser of merchandise, will assume responsibility for the merchandise. All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. De Mita is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any deliveries from De Mita or the parcel is undeliverable for any reason, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to De Mita. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise return.

SHIPPING METHOD: De Mita ships domestic orders with UPS ground service. If UPS is unavailable we ship USPS.

SHIPPING RATES
De Mita offers free ground shipping and handling UPS on all orders over $300 being delivered within the United States*.
